WPLS Curbside Delivery Service

WPLS is here to serve!

As a service to its customers, WPLS happy to offer Curbside Delivery Service at all of its physical branch libraries in Custer, Dewey, Roger Mills, and Washita Counties.

Any customer can request that a book be “put on hold” for him or her. This can be done by calling your own local library or by following the instructions below and place the hold yourself from our online catalog.

Once the hold is placed, you will receive a phone call or an email (if you have one registered with your account) telling you when your items have arrived and are available to be picked up.

After you have been notified that your items are ready to be picked up, call your local library upon your arrival at the library, and they will bring your materials out to your car.

Next, you will see the following screen and then click on view holds.

Here you will see your requested hold. From this screen you can also see the status of your hold. In this case, it is “In Transit”.
