This is the webpage for the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services; the Oklahoma Library for the Blind connection is easily found on the main page. The Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped provides free services to Oklahomans who are blind or visually impaired and those with learning disabilities or physical limitations that make it difficult to use standard print. Thousands of books, textbooks and periodicals in recorded and Braille formats and playback equipment are available to library patrons at no charge.
